About
Ever since my own childhood, I had a passion for children, baby-sitting and taking care for them all around our neighborhood. My favorite game was “playing school”.
But when the time came to choose the profession, I followed other people advices and studied Economics. I graduated from the University of Ljubljana with a bachelor’s degree and later received MBA from Clemson University, South Carolina. I spent 15 years in the professional business consulting, facilitating organizational and cultural changes in small businesses as well as global enterprises.
I was always interested in why some people were very successful and other people were not and I read hundreds of books on motivation, inspiration and self-development.
The childhood feelings came back when I had my own children. As I was learning to nurture, nourish and guide them, I searched, investigated and studied all kind of resources to be as good parent as I could. And I personally grew with them.
I became more and more dissatisfied with my job in the business world, and decided to turn my passion to my new vocation – helping children and their parents to define and pursue their dreams, living creative, joyful and magnificent lives.
My mission is to help and support parents at their most important role in their lives, providing them with different resources, ideas and common sense advices to raise prosperous, accountable and creative kids.
I believe that my life experiences of raising my own children, setting and achieving goals and managing the change along with my supportive, positive and caring personality can make difference and empower parents and children to live to their full potential.
I am founding member (and president) of “Medved Zdravko” – non-profit voluntary organization for helping children using the EFT and Tappy Bear (www.tappybear.com; www.medvedzdravko.si) in Slovenia.
I live in Ljubljana (Slovenia) with husband and our two (almost teenage) daughters. In my free time I like belly dancing, running, swimming and skiing and am always on the search for the good book. I enjoy travelling and meeting new people.
